Ingredients:
Corn on the cob
Bacon
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Prepare grill for direct high heat.
- Remove husks and silks from corn. Rinse cobs under cold water and pat dry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap 2-3 pieces of bacon around corn, then wrap tightly in foil. Make sure ends are covered.
- Grill for 40-45 min. turning every 10 min. Bacon should be crispy and kernels tender.
